Does this guy like me???

ok in my spanish cl i had to sit in another seat for a day and this guy like started talking to me but he was so like...cold....not to be racist, but he made me feel like some sort of middle eastern immigrant, or something. he was just, like cold and unfriendly. and generally he's friendly to people. but then he started playing footsies with me....and then after than that when i saw him in the hallway he would stare at me with this like, cold look on his face (with the same attitude he talked to me ).....ok then he started acting normal but he didnt really talk to me much or stare at me. did he like me and lose interest?
