here are some tips: eat healthier and try to lower the amount of calories u eat. cut off junk food(thats the MOST important) just think about u getting skinnier :) also EXERCISE!! go for walks before breakfast(minimum about 25 min.) and during evening time(about 30 minutes). So that way, it will be about an hour of walking. If u don't want to go outside, u can just go on the treadmill. Also, do push ups/curl ups. It will help ur stomach fat(if u have any) also try swimming or anything that will keep u active at all times. Good luck
