Mobile speed vans/cars can I get a speeding ticket if I was an oncoming car?

I was going 60km/h in a 50km/h and came up to a van parked in the oncoming lane with the camera and flash on the front, and I believe there is only the speed laser on the back. will I be receiving a hefty fine in the mail?
