My cat's a little b*stard, someone help?

Cats are said to have a IQ slightly lower then humans. But this has never happened to me. either this cat is the coolest cat ever or possessed by the devil. Maybe he's just bored. Does he have any cat toys that he likes. You might try that otherwise good luck
