Other parties insurance company tries to say its my fault?

I was involved in an acident 4 days ago, it was my right away i was travilng across an intersection and a 16 year old girl made a left turn into me. Now i made a claim that same day and my claim agent belived it was 100% her fault, i took 3 days before the girls dad made her claim and i just heard from them today, my car is a total loss her car minor damages. now her insurance company AAA will not pay me becouse they belive it was mt fault, stated by a witness that i did not even speak to, she states ( i was traveling at 65mph and ran a red light and hit her) wow. my driver side is all cripled and my front is untouched. I have a feeling the witness was bribed since her side of the story just does not sound right and its a perfect side of the story of her dad that wastent even there when the accident happen. As far as the police report i asked the officer on the schene to get me the police report, and her dad just steped in and said no we dont need the report, and the officer left. ???
