What is magic the gathering and how much would 35 signed cards sell for?signed by TRW whom ever that is.thanks?

i moved into a new apartment and these were left behind in a box. with a note that sai apoligies for the delay signing these. i have included 3 proof cards for your collection cheers-TRW.................i know nothing about these but heard unsigned there $1 each...i tried to contact previous owner and had no response. so any info about selling these would be great.
