Can I get my tubes untied?

I just found out that my boyfriend wished I never got my tubes tied by his sister in law. I wish he would tell me this kind of things instead of her because it's more our business. The only reason I got my tubes tied is because I have velo-cardio-facial syndrome and so does our 1 year of age son. I didn't want to keep bringing out children with my same syndrome because I don't want them to go through what I went through in my life. I wouldn't mind having a baby girl. The thing is he's always saying it's my fault because I didn't take my birth control pills right, but then he never wore a condom. Now he's saying he might want a baby girl. ugh.
