Do britains got talent winners/ finalists so well in other english speaking countrys e.g austrailia, US?

I know Susan Boyle did well in America but she wasn't a winner and I'm pretty sure Paul Potts did too. I don't know about other countries but I don't think the dance acts do very well outside of the UK.
