Please help?

I had an ectopic pregnancy in july last year,my tube wasent removed and it was repaired i didnt have a diagnosis just one of those things.The docter said i was very healthy down below tubes looked fine etc...Well it was 9 months ago and my husband returns from the army again next month and wqe want to try but i feel very apprehensive about it i feel alot of fear is this long enough to wait for healing etc...?i had an ultrasound 3 months after the op that the doc said was fine.I have heard if the scarrings bad it would have been visable then is this true?
